These general conditions and the special conditions negotiated between the company and the customer determine the rights and obligations of the parties. They apply as of right to the transactions subject hereof.
The customer must provide all information of which he is aware allowing the material realization of the move, both at the place of loading and delivery (access conditions for staff and the vehicle, parking possibilities, work in progress and any other particularities).
The customer is informed in advance of the encrypted supplements he will have to bear in the event of the absence of information or inaccuracy of it.
The customer must also report objects whose transport is subject to special regulations (wines, alcohol, weapons, etc.), any administrative formalities being his responsibility.
A free quote describing the characteristics of the proposed operation is provided by the company to the customer.
This moving contract is deemed to be concluded and to take effect between the company and the customer, on the day the dates of the services are definitively determined between the parties.
All amounts paid in advance by the customer are paid as a deposit. Except in the case of withdrawal of the customer, each contractor may therefore reverse his commitments resulting from this contract, the customer by losing the deposit paid, the company by returning them double to the customer.
Right of withdrawal – Exercise and consequences in all cases where this contract has been concluded remotely or outside the establishment, the customer will have a period of 14 days from the conclusion of these terms to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for his decision.
The said right of withdrawal may be exercised, at the customer’s choice, either by sending the company the withdrawal form sent by the company, or by sending the company any other notification and expressing its unambiguous desire to withdraw. The costs of sending the notification are borne by the customer.
We are not obliged to check the authenticity of the signatures on any communications or other documents concerning the goods or the power of the signatories, unless there are reasonable doubts about the authenticity or authority. The customer agrees that his personal data will be passed on to third parties companies used to carry out the services, or if there is a legal obligation to pass on data. Data protection remains unaffected by this. The sender assures that all personal data provided by him to moving companies are true and only describe the sender personally.
