General and Special Conditions
These general conditions, along with any special conditions negotiated between the company and the customer, determine the rights and obligations of both parties. They apply by default to all transactions covered herein.
Information Required for Carrying Out the Move
The customer must provide all relevant information necessary to facilitate the execution of the move—both at the pickup and delivery locations. This includes details such as access conditions for staff and vehicles, parking availability, ongoing construction, and any other specific factors.
The customer will be informed in advance of any additional charges that may apply due to missing or inaccurate information.
The customer is also responsible for declaring any items that are subject to special transportation regulations (e.g., wine, alcohol, firearms). All related administrative formalities are the customer’s responsibility.
A free, written quote outlining the characteristics of the proposed service will be provided by the company.
Contract Commencement and Termination
The contract is considered concluded and effective once the service dates have been definitively agreed upon by both parties.
Any advance payments made by the customer are treated as a deposit. Except in cases where the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, either party may cancel their commitment under this contract:
Remote or Off-Premises Contracts – Right of Withdrawal
For contracts concluded remotely or outside the company’s premises, the customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days of the contract’s conclusion, without having to provide a reason.
The customer may exercise this right by either returning the withdrawal form provided by the company or by submitting a clear written statement expressing the intention to withdraw. The customer is responsible for the cost of sending this notification.
Personal Data and Data Protection
The company is not obliged to verify the authenticity of signatures on communications or documents related to the goods, unless there is a reasonable doubt regarding their validity or authority.
The customer consents to their personal data being shared with third-party companies involved in executing the services, or as required by law. This does not affect the company’s obligations under applicable data protection laws. The customer confirms that all personal information provided is accurate and relates solely to themselves.
